Shipping
Test Electronics Store ships electronics and tech accessories from our warehouse. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. Express shipping, where available, is shown at checkout.

Pre-orders and backorders
Pre-order and backordered items ship on or before the date shown on the product page. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we ship the in-stock items first.

Batteries
Products with lithium batteries (power banks, smart rings, smartwatches and trackers) ship under carrier battery rules. Power banks over 100 Wh ship by ground only; see each product page for its shipping restrictions.

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
